The Tour
The Cultural Tour and Jungle Safari cover some of the most exciting tourist destinations in Nepal. Combining the diversity of culture, the majesty of the Himalayas, and the incredible wildlife that Nepal has to offer, this tour attempts to provide a complete Nepalese experience covering some of the major attractions of this nation. The trip offers a chance to witness the magnificent beauty of the Himalayas in the form of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Himalayan Ranges. There is also a visit to the Chitwan National Park for a once-in-a-lifetime glimpse of exotic and endangered species of wildlife. All in all, the Chitwan Jungle Safari tour is a short trip that incorporates some of the major attractions of the nation into this package tour.
We begin our tour in Kathmandu. A day’s journey around the historic city of touring the UNESCO world heritage sites of Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square.
Moving on the next journey takes us to the ancient city of Patan and Bhaktapur with their heritage sites of Patan Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, and the temple of Changunarayan. The next move is to head towards Chitwan, to explore the Chitwan National Park. After spending a day in the company of wildlife, we head over to Pokhara for a relaxing end to the journey. Pokhara is famed for its lake with paddleboats that can be hired and an island to explore. This tranquil experience is of the boat ride is on Lake Phewa. From Pokhara, we then make our way to the World Peace Pagoda which is situated high on the hill facing Pokhara town. The final stretch of our journey takes us to Sarangkot for a stunning Himalayan sunrise before heading back to Kathmandu.

Accommodation:
You will arrive in Kathmandu where you will be greeted and 3* hotel accommodation will be provided. On the tour, the accommodation will Lodges or what is known as a teahouses. All accommodation is on a twin-shared basis. A single supplement will be served on request and at an additional cost. Lodges in most places only have shared washing and toilet facilities. Regarding the budget, the hotel accommodation can be upgraded and downgraded in Kathmandu.
Food:
On your tour, you will experience authentic Nepalese cuisine as well as more common international food (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, Indian, etc.) Breakfast and dinner will be served in the Lodge where we spend the night and lunch will be served on the way to the next destination. All meals will be provided while trekking while only breakfast in Kathmandu.
Electricity facilities in trekking lodge:
Some villages will have hydropower lines but most commonly there will be a solar power system. There are likely to be battery charging facilities in most of the Lodges but for these facilities, there may be a separate charge (a cost of about 1USD for 1hour of charge).
